"recommender system" has many applications.i want to use one of its application in army.can anybody suggest any options?
eg.
decision making based on certain parameters or some past feedbacks/facts.
it is just one of the ways i am thinking but nothing conclusive has come out as yet.pl guide me in the right direction by suggesting some good options with elaboration and also suggest some website for "recommender system." applications

Take it up with system provider, start a group of the people using this system in the army and brain storm it.
