Putting it somewhere it shouldn't be.

Actually I really don't know, but facial acne comes from not scrubbing your face (usually) thoroughly.

If you get a facial scrubbing glove you could scrub and enjoy your favorite pastime at the same time.

If playing with your penis supposedly causes acne on your face, it would stand to reason that acne on your penis is caused by playing with your face.
