Nope its called the first ammendment! Its legal, and maybe just maybe there are some important unanswered questions raised by all the theories! Like how did the twin towers cloaspe when steel doesnt melt at that temp! Or why were the bomb sniffing dogs removed ahead of time, why Marivn Bush profited so highly from speculation with building insurace days before! why the saudis were never threatened by the US when all but one highjacker are saudi citizens, many unanswered questions that desirve an answer

No, it should not be illegal, as to do so would be to go against everything the USA stands for. A wise man once said "I do not agree with what you say, but I, to the death, will defend your right to say it". In other words, if you restrict this speech, you generally are taking away the freedom that you say you're fighting to defend in things like the War on Terror.
Another reason not to is because of, once again, a slippery slope. Ever heard of the "First They Came" poem? It is a prime xample of a slippery slope, and shows that even if someone restricts something that doesn't affect you personally, it will, in most cases, come back to haunt you when you last expect it. Today it may be conspiracy theories that may be banned, but what if tomorrow, it was talking badly about the government?

Offering up crazy theories and ideas is protected by the First Amendment. On the other hand, the First Amendment does not apply to private forums like this and I wouldn't mind seeing Yahoo take action against crackpots that keep suggesting stuff like that.

It was no conspiracy, but the USA is responsible for 9/11. We failed to see the terrorists were capable of such acts and failed to stop them before they succeeded. The whole war on terror the libs are upset about is what we should have been doing during the decade before 9/11.

No.. it's ok to say that kinda crap... but I do think it's wrong to suggest those things.
It isn't true.. you know that right?
Conspiracy theorists are just paranoid freaks who want to sound smart.
