Moody center-cap?

Over the weekend while doing some yard work, my boyfriend dug a cars center or hub cap out of the ground. It is silver with the word "MOODY" written in block letters in the center. Anyone have any idea what this could be?

No, but might be worth something on ebay. Sounds to me like it has history.
