I wish to move to india and need to know what cities are safe,good for starting up small business and most of all cool. not too expensive will help too! if anyone have suggestions or experience please let me know..thanks in advance.

You asked at the perfect time. Almost everywhere in Florida is DIRT CHEAP right now. Houses that were selling for $250K two years ago are now selling for about $200K or under. The home insurance costs and property taxes have all but put the real estate market in the hole and nothing but NOTHING is selling down here. It's a buyers market but the prices will go up again in 2 years. It's a 3 year trend market. Builders of new homes are now forced to rent them because no one is buying.
