beveling glass takes special machinery that costs a lot of money and unless you want to go into that type of business it is cost prohibitive

Not only is the equipment expensive it takes a very skilled person with a steady hand.

no to bevel glass you must have it tempered
then it must be machined

It does not require tempered glass, but you don't even want to try it yourself.
