My boss has sent a news to send me out last week with a person.
He does not want me to work anymore in my dept.
But he offered me to change the other dept. not in the marketing dept. anymore.
He offers me 2 ways:
1. working 3moths more or
2. changing the dept. inside the company
WHAT Shall I do?

It depends on how comfortable you feel with the idea of changing to another department and how happy you are with the company.
I mean if you really love what you do then look for another place where you can keep doing it but if what you need is to keep your job then accept the change.
