Well in Australia quite a few of the girls in the national team are household names, even if they don't earn the same money as the guys do.
Girls like Karen Rolton, Belinda Clarke, and Sarah Andrews are very much in the public eye. Whilst not drawing anywhere neare the crowds mens cricket does in Australia, the women do still get decent turn outs.

If you've ever watched them play then you'd know the answer is emphatically NO. There is a reason why only friends and family turn up to watch women play test cricket.

I do not think so as women cricket is not so pouplar as Mens cricket yet..
