well there is many theory about that.
personnally i belive women between 30-40 in term of experience, sexual desire and physical and emotional capacities. before that a lack of experience and personnal knowledge of there own body restrain women to be at their peak. However, this is extremely relative and not being at the peak does not mean having no pleasure.

As per genitics a girls mensuration starts at 12 -14 and ends at 42-45 , so keeping this mind and from the known knowledge that the peak is achieved at 75% of the whole period ( This holds good in sports, in work, and almost every thing) this would be around 30 - 33.

Women usually 21 to 25 then 30 to 35 before menopausal stage kicks in.
but these days kids as young as 15 think they are ready...NOT
Men well its usually 25 then again in the 21st century it could be 16 to 18..
lol
but in all honesty hasn't it started so much younger now and just keeps on going until the mid life crisis sets in..

I've heard it's 36 for a woman and 18 for a man. I am not sure about any of that "peak" stuff, though.

Each woman is a little different from another. Me personally, I was 33 and ready to go. Others I know hit it both a little earlier, and some later than me.
