How should i wire the processor with the TV screen?

The best way to hook your TV to a computer is with a TV Card (usually PCI, but PCIe and AGP are available.) There are USB setups available also. Some video cards include a TV out, also.
You will also need a TV tuner program, if you hook the cable in.

If you have a S-video out in your computer and s-video in in your television you can connect directly.
Incase you have a TV tuner card you can take audio video out and directly connect to the television.
If you don't have both you may have to use a convertor inbetween.

CPU: Central Processing Unit, it is a component on the computers motherboard, it ONLY connects to the motherboard.
