In an episode of Scrubs, JD realises that the Janitor (who is only billed as The Janitor) was an actor in The Fugitive. As the actor in The Fugitive was Neil Flynn, we have to assume that the Janitor is actually Neil Flynn.

Look on the list,7th one down. Well he is called the Janitor in the show! But his name name is Neil Flynn.

They never say his name - kinda like we never knew "Newman's" first name on Seinfeld. Neil Flynn plays the janitor and he appeared in Seinfeld in the episode called The Summer of George.

There is speculation about this, it's one of these two.
A) Janitor
B) Neil Flynn (because his character had a bit-part in 'The Fugitive' so it could be argued his character is based on the actor).
