Congrats! I have 11 month old twins and had horrible morning sickness. Here's a few things:
1. Have you tried Sea Bands. Those things were amazing. They go on your wrist and you can find them at your local drug store in the motion sickness section. Any time that I forgot to put them on I would feel 10 times worse than normal. They helped me until my doctor prescribed something.
2. Ask for the prescription pre-natal vitamin with increased vitamin B. This made a big difference for me.
3. Eventually they put me on a variety of prescription drugs to find something that would help. (This was when I was 22 weeks along and still throwing up.) The scopoline patch (usually used for motion sickness) was what finally worked. I also have some twin mom friends who were on Zofran for a while.
4. I also found that Ginger Altoids, salty foods, and eating 6 small meals instead of 3 regular meals helped.
Congrats on the twins and good luck!

First of all I would like to say Congratulations to you. Second, it is one of the many ups and downs of being pregnant and it isn't fun. I know what your going through. I am 18 weeks and am still feeling like that. I had bought some ginger snap cookies and it helps a lot when I eat a few of them before I even get out of bed. If you keep them or some crackers by your bed and eat a few of them before your feet even touch the floor that may help. You just have to be careful of what you eat like greasy foods or spicy foods. I know that you may really want them but the grease and the spices don't help with the vomiting and the nausea. I hope you feel better and again congratulations.

Instead of eating 3 full meals a day, eat 5 or 6 tiny mini meals.. also try to cut triggers out until you feel better, tomato, tomato sauce, spicy foods, ages cheeses, milk, orange/pineapple juice.. .. eventually you will get over this... but I know it seems life forever... take care and congrats on the twins ^_^

Its normal that you throw up a lot during pregnancy. There are pills your dr can prescribe for you. They are pretty weak but i think they help a bit. How far in ur pregnancy are you? The first three months are usually when all the throwing up happens. For some women though, it lasts through out the pregnancy.

first off...CONGRATS!! wow, I have my hands full with just having one at a time....lol
I've seen alot mention ginger. Peppermint works wonders too. It helps with any stomache problem I find. Maybe drink peppermint tea before or after. I feel bad for you. Your dr. should be able to give you a prescription for something. I've heard of that before. Good luck..it won't last forever! :)

Try adding ginger to your foods. It helps to settle the stomach. You could also try "Preggy Pops" which are lollipops specifically made for women who are pregnant and have trouble with morning sickness or upset stomach.

You can eat something with ginger in. That is the only thing that helped me.
