Why don't you shop online at either net-a-porter.com or brittique.com? they ship to most countries.

maybe you can check the yahoo auction of each countries...there are some suppliers...
you can look around one the clothes that you are interested and email them for enquiries...
nowaday there is alot of people doing that and sell pre-order clothes from oversea...over the net/blog
