I was suppose to start my period on the 13th of nov, i spotted a little bit on the 11th and 12th but only when i wiped. I went and had a blood test done on the 13th and it was negative(it was the one that gives you a yes or no answer). I have taken like 4 or 5 hpt, and all negative. could it be possiable that i ovulated late and the tests are just not picking it up? how long should i wait to get another blood test done? I usually start about 4 to 6 days before my period is due. Im 33 and never had any medical problems, not under any more stress than normal , havent changed diet or exercise. thanks for any answers in advance...

You should wait about another week before testing. The longer you wait, the more accurate the results. You could also be experiencing what is called a "hormonal pregnancy" or "stress pregnancy." Women trying to conceive often experience signs of pregnancy such as implantation bleeding and missed periods because of the stress or excitement of possibly being pregnant.

Hi there. It is very unlikely that a blood test could be wrong. They are so sensitive that they will pick up a pregnancy even before you miss a period.
I would be inclined to believe that you are not pregnant. Still stranger things than that have happened. I would see a good doctor and tell her what is going on then take it from there.

well normally a home pregnancy test takes 2 weeks to show from the date of conception so i guess it could be possible you're pregnant or it could be nothing at all maybe wait another 2 weeks to get another blood test although blood tests are supposed to show if you're from pregnant from a couple of days after conception. not sure if that helps you out much

If you're not pregnant, it could mean you didn't ovulate that month. I think it's rare, but it does happen. By now you should have seen a faint line or SOMETHING. What does your doctor tell you?

sound like you could possibly be pregnant or your body could be tricking you. personaly wait another month and then go back
