I am a 20 year old female, who has been in a relationship for 2 years, who was just diagnosed as pregnant, I am at 35 weeks! I am so nervous, but not afraid, just nervous because there is so much to get done before the baby comes, can you tell me some of the things i should get for the baby's nursery. Me and my Boyfriend are doing up our spare room, but i would just like to have an idea of some things to put in the room, not including the bassinet, change table, crib, mobile or dresser, we already have these things. Thank you!

35 weeks? Wow. If you're going to place the baby in a different room, definetely a baby monitor. You should also get a portable crib to put in your own room, at least for the first two months when the feedings are every 2-3 hours on the clock. A diaper trash can is also a good idea if you can't take your diapers outside after every change. Other than that, you'll know what you need when the baby arrives. Good luck!

This happened to a friend of mine. She actually admitted herself to the hospital after a day and a half of excruciating stomach pain....and found out she was in labor! She had no idea she was pregnant, because she was still having periods.
As for the list, you could try going to babiesrus.com, babyzone.com, or americanbaby.com and lists from them. Basically, you'll just need about 10 outfits, 10 pajamas, diapers, bibs, bottles, a crib, crib bedding, recieving blankets, and maybe a baby swing. They don't really need too much when they are so little. A nifty little invention is the Swaddle Me by Kiddopotomous. It makes swaddling easy so the baby can sleep without a blanket. Congratulations! Many blessings for you and your little one!
