While you wait for old wives' tales and witch hazel remedies, you could be suffering serious damage to your reproductive system.

My recommendation is to just sit there, staring at the screen and hoping some "doctor" on here gives you sage advice while your health deteriorates to dangerous levels.

Ten years down the road, as you bitterly remember the day you made a conscious choice to NOT go see your doctor, remember this: you're a moron.

Maybe it's something as simple as the new guy being a little too rough during sex. Sometimes the friction could be causing some irritation or tears in the vaginal wall. Try using some kind of lubricant. However, I am concerned that you would be foolish enough to not use protection especially if might have some injury to your inside area...you are a primary target for infections, or worse STDs or AIDS...don't be stupid...use a rubber! Another cause could be fibroids in which case you would need to see a GYN.

You hooked up with a new guy and had unprotected sex and are not on the pill!! OMG, what are you thinking??? Forget about not seeing your ob/gyn because you need to be tested for diseases and be put on the pill. How can you be so careless with your life? Before you have unprotected sex with someone, you need to ask yourself if sex with the guy is worth dying for. Also, the pill does not protect you from STD's.

hi. if you dont feel comfortable discussing this with your GP or gyno - which i suggest you do. you could try calling a sexual help line - look in the yellow pages.
is pretty scary and i have had this happen before - anything thats not the norm - look into it.
i found that mine was linked with stress too.
but my suggestion would be to see a doctor. you dont have to feel embarrased about asking them what to do - they are there for help and advice - perhaps see a female GP if you would feel more comfortable - but get it seen too.
sex should not be painful and if you are having sex, you should be using protection. and dont forget to have a pap smear if you havent had one before. best of luck
