I have always heard bats are good because they eat insects. Plus it's an old wives tale that they dive bomb peoples' heads. They fly all around our deck at night and never swoop down at us.

Since bats use ultrasonics for navigation, I would think that one of those ultrasonic pest repellents would work pretty good with them. Most of them plug in, so you could just take a long extension cord outside and throw it over a branch, then plug in the ultrasound box and hoist it up into the branches.
Also, a tree climbing predator like a cat would be a pretty good deterrent to them roosting there. But make sure it has it's rabies shots.
Also, if you have a dusk to dawn light, that is probably attracting them, since it attracts flying insects, which is what they eat. So try turning any outside lighting off for a few days to see if that gets them to leave.

Bats eat flies and mosquitoes, are you sure you really want to? If you REALLY do you need to call your local animal control or wildlife expert to see how to do it humanely and safely, they may actually do it for you, they do here in the u.s.a. We grew up with a tree full of bats in our yard and never had any problems, would sit outside and watch them at night.....maybe you should read up on them a little bit

if the tree is outdoors your resources and on the prevalent public highway, then you actually can't reduce the tree or its branhes legally. you've gotten to the contact your interior sight council and clarify that it really is risky and ask to be reduce down. if the tree is outdoors your position yet legally on your resources limitations then you actually ought to reduce it again, notwithstanding, if lots of the tree branches are over yet another resources basically be sure you the contact your neighbour and enable them comprehend that you're slicing the branches, for safe practices causes. I doubt the tree ought to provide up all human beings from identifying to purchase your resources, yet evaluate this, if the tree's roots are less than the resources and the tree is a huge one, the potential shoppers ought to imagine about the hazards of the basis and the expenses to get rid of one of those vast tree without doing any damage to the resources, which contain circulation of foundations of the resources. bianca

Check the law first - many species of bat are protected, and if you deliberately harrass them or destroy their habitat, you could find yourself in trouble or with a big fine.
I'd go with the ;live with them' option - they will eat bugs and make your summer evenings less bug-infested!

You don't. And I don't advise you should try - they're happy there and they're losing places to live, so if they've found a tree that they like, leave them to it! If the noise bothers you, I suggest you spend the money on some soundproofing instead! :)
