1. we shud know our own language 1st then head for the globle one.
2.one shud get mature enuff to opt and learn a language he/she wishes to.
3. children shud be made to learn one language at a time.

In my opinion : -----
1) In INDIAN scenario there are so many language exists & used.
2) Peaple of all the languages are spread all over this country.
3) In present time it is a general fashion that to send kids to an
English medium school.It is very diffisult to make one convince
that it is better to start kids education in its local language.
4) I am without quoting any referance book, like to mention here
that "one must choose to send their kids to standered 1 in a
school where education is beeing given in the language in
which that kid is actualy living at home".
5) This will help the kid in better understanding and better
developing himself in adjusting in & associating with the
studies.
