It depends upon many factors, two of which will be the reputation of the universities you are comparing, and the specialism at which your MBA is aimed (e.g., educational management, health management, general management...). But be assured that there are internationally recognised centres of excellence in both countries. [As an aside, the fees charged by a university for an MBA programme will often be _the_ deciding factor in determining which is the 'best' one!]

There is no single answer to this, depending on what business schools, nowadays there are schools in the UK or US that virtually print you a degree as long as you can pay, and there are top schools like Harvard. It really depends on the employer, and how you can sell your knowledge and qualifications at the job interview, because the purpose of a MBA is for the benefit of your career, not to look good to others. But for MBA's, in general, I would think US MBA's has slightly more fame than a UK one. Also, regardless of country, make sure your MBA is AACSB accredited, employers tend to favor this.

Evaulate the 10, 20, 30, and 40-year careers of the alumni of the various schools. Be sure to exclude those alumni who are now working within their parents' companies.
