In India, Postal stamps of how much value are to be posted on an envelope of 50 Grams To ETHIOPIA (AFRICA) ?

International post charges vary wrt weight. On the website www.indianpost.nic.in, the "postage calculator" feature doesn't work. Can you help me to find the rate of International Postage charges ?

An unregistered envelope of 50 grams will need :
a] Postage Rs.16.00 + Air Surcharge Rs.12.00 = Rs.28.00
and
b] Postage Rs.16.00 only, in sent by surface mail.
If sent by registered post, an additional Registration Charge of Rs.15.00 + Advice of delivery charge Rs.10.00 + Delivery charge to Addressee in person Rs.5.00 = Rs 30.00 will be charged extra for both surface and air mails.
