go to england and stay there for a few years. :) and choose a native company, otherwise you will never learn english. hehehe

You need to be around english speaking people. This could be in the form of friends who are fluent in english, or you could read novels. A good idea would be to start watching english tv programs. That will give you an idea to string proper sentences etc.
And also try to converse in english as much as possible. The more you use the language, the better you will be at it. Encourage people to correct you. It may take a while, but it will be worth it. Good luck!

You have to learn English first. The vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation...Then practice, practice, practice...Try to find some English speaking friends on line, so you can talk to them through Yahoo!, Skype, msn etc...

actully its to hard for me to speak english but i like to speak english cuz its my favorate language heheheh dont worry if u r not good in english u will learn soon and u will like it very much as like me and the others in the whole world...
