if u mean x to the 3rd times y tothe negative 2/5th divided by both x and y to the negative 7. then the answer is x to the 10th times y to the 33/5ths.

i got this by: x/\3 * y/\-2/5 / x/\-7 * y/\-7

so, x/\3 * x/\7 * y/\7 / y/\2/5

then, x/\3+7 (same base) * y/\ 7-2/5

answer, x/\10 * y /\ 33/5
