Both. Well isnt is sorta like shelter and clothing? I would hate to be a turtle....

It will be vulnerable either way.

The point I get out of this lovely question is that it is to secure ourselves that we put up a tough outward appearance ........ those who have such a personality are perhaps rather soft inside their mind!!
