You feel exactly the same as me!!! I am 16 weeks and cant wait to definately feel it move, I am sure that I felt it last week, I was lying flat on my bed with my hand on my tummy, and I felt like a purring movement/feeling underneath my hands. My partner was also there and had his hand on the other side so missed it this time. It felt the same as when you are clapping a cat and it purrs that vibrating feeling, it was nice, and people all said that was the first type of kicking you get.
I cant wait to feel an actual kick but everyone says Ill be sorry for saying that as it hurst sometimes.
Congratulations.

it is absolutely normal that u cannot wait to feel ur baby kick.
the first time i felt it, where i was really sure it is da baby, was at about 18 weeks( its my first) . but i could feel something goin on inside me before that, but i wasn't quite sure if that was da baby or just bubbles in my stomach. If that is ur first baby wait another few weeks and i assure u, u feel ur little one inside u and it is da nicest feeling! I am 24 weeks now and the kicks are getting stronger especially when he/she kicks right in the bladder.thtas not really amusing, but i enjoy every second i can feel the baba.
its such a great experience!!!

I didn't feel my first baby move until I was about 20 weeks.
2nd baby was at about 18 weeks.
Wait until 20 weeks, if nothing, then maybe get an ultrasound done. It will feel funny at first, almost like butterflies. As time goes on though, it becomes annoying, especially when your trying to sleep and baby decides it's play time!

How exciting!!! Yes it's normal!!! It will be any time now. I'll answer by sending a poem I wrote 23 years ago...back when I was in your shoes... ''BABY''
One day I'll be sitting quietly
And imagine my tummy fluttered.
Wishing inside that the baby moved...
Logic saying, it's too soon.
I'll sit and wait.
Barely Breathing.
Highly Hoping.
Feeling Nothing.
Then it will come...ever so mild...
A Flutter.
And Another.
And Another,
As a wish... becomes A Child!
I wrote this while pregnant with my fourth, and last baby. Even then, I couldn't wait!
Congratulations, and best wishes!!!

I was about 20 weeks when I first felt my baby kick. First time mothers don't feel it as early as women who have had children before. Don't worry--it will happen! Best of luck to you and your baby!!!!

when i was 3 and a half months pregnant.but every woman is different, some women don't feel it until they are 20 weeks pregnant.and if this is your first baby it is harder to notice it because you never felt it before, the first time i felt my baby moving i thought that it was just my stomach, but now i know it actually was my baby moving.and yeah of course that's normal, every pregnant woman cant wait to experience the moment when she will feel the baby moving for the first time.

i think of each being pregnant is diverse, not in basic terms each individual, yet usually i think of maximum start up feeling their toddler kick at between 4 and 5 months. i'm heavy and commenced feeling my oldest at approximately 4 months and my youthful son a sprint over 5 months and that they the two have thoroughly diverse personalities besides. in all probability not regarding the kicking, in basic terms that they've been diverse in maximum each thing. I choose you each and all the success on your being pregnant!
