Your eyes and ears are for information input and having two of them allows you to identify where the source is coming from: 2 eyes gives you stereoscopic vision, which is a $20 word for seeing in 3-D, so you can tell how far away something is. 2 ears allows you to tell where sounds are coming from, and since you have 2 of them, one on each side of your head, you've got a full 360 degrees covered. Your mouth is for eating and talking mainly, so you only need one of them.

People have two eyes so they can have binocular vision which provides things like a wider field of view and precise depth perception (stereopsis). Two ears aid in the ability to balance and to localize sound. The mouth is an opening to take in food and water. There's no reason to have more than one opening for that. Same reason we don't have more than one anus.

To eyes to see left and right, the same with ears. The mouth is just for taste etc, you don't have to do both ways.

Eyes and ears are used as tools to input informatio while Mouth to output info/opinions and to input food. too much of both I guess are pretty dangerous so, Its only one mouth Buddy.....
