The aspects of a Personality I feel go well professionally are --
Being morally sound,
patient,
courageous,
understanding,
forgiving of others faults,
clean physically,
modest in attire,
follows rules and regulations of office,
flexible,
confident,
puts others first and is giving,
can stand up for themselves,
honest, and uses time wisely,
has managed anger,
can make clear cut decisions that will benefit the company,
a person who others can get along with.

There are many aspects of Personality that impact Professional Growth.

Rather than list a number of personality attributes, I will the One that is the most significant in my business experience.

The ability to get along with all employees and all levels of Management.

It is a given that the person is Highly skilled and has content expertise.

1. Humanity, you must have a good human.
2. Confidence.
3. Outer looks.(physical appearance)
4. Communication skills.
5. Your x - factor, something which is different from other people.
6. Your attitude towards different situations.
7. Your sense of responsibility.
8. sense of humour.
