ALL....I can't imagine how people can be not ticklish...but if I had to choose then probably A. The Arch.

the arch
cuz its not really all that used to being touched by anything..
i mean the ball and the heel are always touching ground,
but the arch is the softest, most sensitive part of the bottom of the foot.
...i think...lol

the arch coz when it's touched it instinctively curls up.I'm extremely ticklish everywhere and my body will go into spasms when I'm tickled

B/c its the most sensitive part and the skin isnt so thick.

probably the arch, but if you rub my feet, I will fall in love with you, it relaxes me so much.
