Hmm, every 14 year old I've ever dealt with had mood changes from one second to the next. It's normal as far as I'm concerned. I guess it would depend on the extent of your swings?

I cannot see how a person can be abnormal. Basically it is just part of your personality, mood swings, etc. You can't change yourself. You say you are 14 and you don't think that it is normal. If not, then you should bring it up to your parents and the next time you visit a doctor. Ask these questions based on how you feel. But for me, based on your age, this is how teenagers act. They have hormones inside that tells the brain how to make yourself act and whatnot. This is not bad, it is not good either, this is just the way it is.

Are you okay? I really mean it in a good way. Maybe you have problems at home. Maybe you’re growing up and your hormones are going crazy like hell. Do you feel depressed? If you do, its time you go and talk to someone, someone at school, a doctor... Tell them how you feel. Depression is a bad thing; try to work it out before it goes to far. Depression is normal, all humans have depression, just the level of depression differs.. Sometimes its emotional, sometimes you need medicine to help you get through your depression. Remember everybody is abnormal, because everybody is different... You are normal... Sort out your problems... Get active today!

Sounds pretty normal for a teenager but I'm a bit worried about your classmates. Don't they have irrational mood swings? All those hormones should have them really going by now.

what is normal really? I'm 16 and I have atypical depression, nothing is normal the kids in your class haven't even developed enough thought to hatch outta ignorance yet but if you feel that way then maybe you should talk to someone you trust.

Tell your parents so they can make an appointment with your Doctor for a check up. Sometimes it can be an underlying medical condition for your mood changes. Don't worry, you are alright.

this q. needs lots more details. but my advice to you it is probably because of puberty and stuff like that but if your mood changes a lot you may consider to go to a doctor and check if you have some problems in your hormones.

even i face the same. i endorse a similar behavioural pattern often, i get angry, annoying, jittery, fierce and blast anythng and anyone coming on my way. sunsequently i pacify and get soothened yup, then get vey cold towards that person. i get cold to the extent of not even looking at his face.
nowadays i have started contrlling my temper. i dont expect anythng from anyone and i have started letting go even my favorite stuff.
that seems to come to help.
hope this works for u aswell!!!
