You bet. Just specify a caretaker and executor that will make sure that your dog's assets and properly administered.

Dog cannot sign in papers probably you can leave the savings onto a human guardian who will look after you dog and that also one cannot be so sure. The best would be to write it in favour of blue cross and handover your dog to them.

You would be better off leaving an animal shelter or the ASPCA in your will, this way it will help several animals....you can also make sure that your dog has everything it needs after you are gone.

Why not?
Just remember that your kids are your flesh and blood.
It would be better to leave the dog to them and make them look after it until it dies (without any suspicious circumstances) before they get the inheritance.
It would teach them commitment and responsibility.

i doubt it, your family could contest the will... and win.
why dont you sell everything you own when you get old and blow all your money so there is NOTHING left for your family to inherit.
there is an organisation in australia called SKI (spending kids inheritance)...its devoted to people like you who dont want to see their assets handed over to their family when they die.
if you can give the money to your dog, make sure you choose a good new owner for him for when you die..... like ME!!

Sure if you're a heartless idiot who doesn't mind being hated by everyone who knows of or hears of you for all eternity. Just to ask that question means that very very patient and understanding woman hooked up with you. Too bad you're too dumb to appreciate that.

No, anyone who you support has to be appropriately accomodated for in the will. You could set up a small trust fund for the animal though

No because your dog will probably be dead. You can leave it to the Humane Society, though.
I'm sorry you hate your family. maybe you should do something about that.
