You can't. Dialup is far too slow for streaming media. You need a broadband connection for that.

Streaming: I do not recomend it, as Quality is very low. It could Look like two Pink Blobs wiggling and making sounds, for a Talk show, where as action sequences can just blur so much you may want to turn it off.

Downloading: More Recomend out of the two as the Source file in on your hard disk, but are YOU willing to wait a few hours for a 10 Minute file at a low resolution.

Some Sites recomend you use a faster connection, If possible.
