It depends on how hard you hurt it, but if it doesn't feel like it's getting better after a few days, definitely see a doctor.

And don't wear boxers if you've got a sore nut, the weight of them hanging will just add extra strain to the injury.

Get some soft but supportive briefs.

I've not heard of that problem but my stepson (aged 29) caught his willy in his zip (really badly he says) and had to go to the doctor. Let's just say that it was off work for a couple of weeks!
He was living with his girlfriend at the time and she kept laughing at him - no sympathy there.

Hope you're better soon. Oh... and try boxers in future.

dont wear y put ran down the street one dat and my boxers rose up and crushed my nut between the cloth and my lehs it was sore the limp on and off for 2 days
i treid to get a woman to kiss it better only a tuttie fruttie from work said he woulsd do it. i put up with the limp needless to say
