there is an inbuilt memory in the printer
if u give printer command then on the task bar u can see the printer symbol until the print come or the printer store some file to memory after that if shutdown u pc it will printer from the memory

Yes it is possible to print a document after you have started the PC once it has been switched off. This happens because at times the buffer doesnot get empty. However, if you are asking that if a printer can all alone print a previously printed document when the PC is switched off, then, it is not possible.

Computers retain print jobs in memory and then pass that data to the printer. Once the printer receives the entire print job from the computer, the computer memory is cleared. Then, once the printer is done printing, the printer memory is cleared.
If you had a print job that was in progress when you turned off the CPU, it will still be in the print queue and should start back up again when you turn the CPU back on.

Yes, it happens, for example an XP OS with an HP printer. Pending documents for printing are queued and printed in the next opportunity.

no.if u had printed the document...so there r no pending documents.if before u shutdown the comp and see pending doc on the tray...that means ur doc is not print yet and will begin shortly.

sure, examine if there is paper in there, regulate paper stunning, open ink cartidge section, reclose achieved...additionally u can click on the print selection and open printers and spot the prestige .
