My dad wants to practice in the UK court or any company of UK, how should he go about it? Does he need to give IELTS? Whom to contact? Any lawyer or solicitor to help?

Yes he has to give IELTS for the sake of points required in immigration. Secondly he has to pass the required exam for the qualification of lawyer to practise in UK. Best course to get all the required regarding immigration to UK & his practising law in UK you can get from The British High Commision or The British Library both situated in New Delhi. You can also search out for UK immigration in web site. On web you can also search for Lawyers or solicitors or their companies working in UK and contact them for more professional information regarding his law practise there.
