I don't see much choice if you stick with part of the name unless it is simple S or S and the initial of your last name. However it could be candy, sugar, doll, Honey, Tiger, and so on.

Hey my name is also Shweta , so my friends used to call me Gauri, coz Shweta means whiteness and Gauri is its hindi version and obviously sweet too with sincerety in it.

if it has to relate to the name then twesha as in Trisha with a lisp Alternatively I find relating a nick name to something you do,eat,drink,say or look like. I call my granddaughter Twinkle because i saw the twinkle in my sons eyes when she was born.
