Individually, I think all members of homo sapiens are equipped with the same brain structure, modulated to some extent by the environment in which they live. "Cleverness" is not easily defined in this regard. The pygmy in the rain forest of Central Africa can just be as "clever" in meeting his needs as the space scientist sitting in the NASA lab in USA.

I don't see a lot of difference in cleverness. Black men don't seem to have as much a hang up as white guys on weight of their partners, etc. But they are just as clever by my observations. Many women prefer them, many women don't/

on a bases of majority yes, but its not due to the way the brain works. its coz the dont get as good of an education, as a majority

but a minority of black men apply themselves to getting an education and make a life for themselves.

no they are equal. they just look different. everyone is different. someone my have blue eyes and someone may have brown. we are all different but eveyone thinks and acts the same way and there is not a more clever person then the other. we look different but we are mentally are the same.
