You have breakfast when you get up in the morning.
You go to work, college etc.
An hour later you don't feel so good.
You spend the next 15mins with your head in the loo throwing up your Cornflakes.
An hour later you still don't feel good but you don't need to be sick again.
You are afraid to eat anything incase you can't keep it down
You are starving and feel worse.
Now your thinking I feel worse because I'm hungry
You eat something light
You still feel sick and spend the next 10mins in the loos.

And the circle repeats itself (as well as your lunch)

How to break the cycle without starving yourself and ending it all. ??

Neither one will be a circle it really is a spiral. The virtuous circle strikes you upward; the vicious circle strikes you downward. imagine of a round staircase in a tower. Which way are you going? An get mutually of a virtuous circle often is the reaction of sensible feedback you get once you help a pal. The pal is grateful, and makes you experience particular, and for this reason extra waiting to be of help. A vicious circle is one which feeds on negative ability. The classic is the feud between siblings: you mostly should be getting vengeance for the stunning insult or harm, and each and every perceives the different as incorrect. The conflict keeps to get extra vicious, as inevitably because the functional one above, till a make sure or different authority intervenes.

I'm guessing you've got a stomach bug or something, rather than being anorexic, which would be a whole different vicious cycle.

I say go to the pharmacy and get some medication as soon as possible. And then go home and spend the day in bed. If you're sick, you need to be healing yourself, not getting frustrated that you feel rubbish, being unproductive and maybe even getting everyone around you sick too.

Ginger works as a natural anti-nausea remedy, too.

It sounds like you've got one of those nasty tummy bugs that's been hanging around. Unfortunately, the only way I've found of dealing with it is just to let it run it's course. If it's the same sort of thing that me and my kids have had, it should be over within 24 hours. I know that's probably not what you were fishing for, but it's the best advice I can give, sorry :o(.

Oh, while I'm here, try to put something in your stomach, you could damage your stomach lining by not having anything to throw up. It sounds gross, but there it is.

you just have to ride it out i am afraid, you wont die from one day of vomiting ect, if this has been going on longer than today then why havent you been to see a doctor. otherwise tell your lecturer you feel ill, you cant look great from all the vomiting and go home and take it easy. if you want something to eat try dry toast and keep plent of fluids, if you stomach is in spasm, dont eat or drink anything as this will just lead to blind retching and you risk pullin an abdominal muscle.

rest and fluids you know the craic

try some soup or other liquid foods, take your time eating as you may end up bakc at square one, if your still not better by 3 or 4 pm, then go the doctors, if you have any, take some dyoralite, it should help you replace any body salts you lose by having you head down the loo.
