A supplier is a company who supplies you with goods to run your own business. Example.....you fix cars but you need somebody else to supply the parts you need. This is your supplier.

The importance of a satisfied supplier is that they will go the extra mile for you to get parts that are difficult to get etc. to keep your own business running.

The best way to have a satisfied supplier is to pay their bill on time and have a good communication with them.
