when its known very well that most of them have come from middle class nd even lower middle class families...sm hd been waiters, conducters.........but now they manage to speak english so well, howcome it be so??

Whether middle class or lower class,,,,,,,, somehow they are educated in English Medium Schools, they must have been forced to work as waiters or conductors to make their living, but since they were educated and talented the doors of success opened for them. Good Education is like foundation or basis of successful life. Good Education plus hard work plus positive attitude makes a person good celebrity.

Not all celebrities speak fluent english. It depends on the public image they're trying to project. Some may deliberately talk street because that's the image he was told to project.
Now if the image the studio or your talent manager wants you to project is a classy upper class person. They put you to schooling and hire a fluent speaker to practice with you. Overtime the celebrity becomes a fluent speaker.

This is because when a person go to the environment where all the person speak in english then it become very easy to understand and then speak. If you start reading news paper in english and watching TV channels and leastining radios in english, you will feel thease things just in one or two months after experienceing this.

its just that they read from prewritten scripts, some of them are written in hindi, and also most of them just take up coaching.
also it doe'snt mean that if a person is from middle class he can not speak fluent english . also if a person has struggled and worked so much as to reach the celebrity status then learning english for him will be a walk in the park

It's possible that some had lessons in diction.
Just because a person comes from a middle or lower class background, doesn't mean they'll have awful english.
