I am assuming your looking was sexual, since that is what your question implies, even if you don't say it. Whether that is right or wrong might depend on several things. If she is a baby who needs regular diaper changes and you are acting as a parent, that would be okay. In fact, you probably have to look to get it right.
If she is old enough to have rights to privacy that's another matter. Unfortunately you don't share enough to allow me to make a judgment.
Sex play with children can very easily become a sexual offense, so I would suggest if you are doing anything even close to that you stop immediately and don't ever think of doing it again.

I read your other question, you know, all people masterbate, no need to say anything to anyone. Its none of anyone's business. If she knows that you caught her, then just act as if it never happened.
