I'm a straight guy, born and raised in Mexico. Moved to the USA a few years ago and since I've been here I keep getting hit on by men (mostly Caucasian). Is that a cultural thing? How can I make plain that I'm not interested? Some insist and insist and it gets very, very annoying.

I have nothing against gay people. I have something against pushy people, though.

By assuming that they are 'hitting' on you, you gotta be a little gay yourself. If you didn't know already, men are always extra friendly (in a masculine way) with their own gender!

If that's your picture, dude.....who wouldn't hit on you? Your pretty. It's the price that you pay for being beautiful, and you can't be held responsible for the confusion and chaos your good looks create. If you don't want gay men to hit on you, grow a beard and gain 15 pounds. Wear black socks with sandals. Don't exfoliate, get rid of the Cher circa 1978 hair and stop tweezing that high arch into your eyebrows. In fact, stop tweezing, waxing or shaving any part of your body. That should take care of the problem once and for all.

If you're at a bar or club, say "dude, back off, you're ruining my chances for scoring with a girl tonight. I'm afraid the women here will think I'm gay if you keep doing that!"

Well, just like in the lationo culture it is acceptable to be more affectionate and stare when you like something or harass and people form other cultures don't like it and they tell you they don't need you staring at them, but it continues-it's just the same damn thing. So, be glad at least they aren't doing anything more than looking.

Pushy people are annoying (Gay or straight). It is your choice to say you are not interested, if they continue, treat them with the same amount of respect/disrespect they show you.

I am Gay.
