Would freedom had come earlier if your weapon was violence against the British raj ?

Indian's what do you think, would more Subhas Chandra Bose, Bhagat Singh, Lala Lajpat, Gangadhar Tilak, Tatia Tope would brough freedom faster from the british than that of the non violence movement of Mahatma Gandhi, Nehruji and others...

What would you have done if it was today's situation, whose side would you have opted for ?

no way it would hav happend early,becoz had good army.today also only non violence works.is there any movement in th world now which has succeeded by violence.
it is always non violence which has worked e.g in india,america,south africa.

Asians and Africans got independence because colonist powers were weak after a bloody WWII. Had the europeans had not fought among themselves Britishers would not have left india. And this is the one reason i like Hitler that he started WWII.

And for history it is always written by victor. some of our so-called leaders were great cowards. They watched when 0ne million Hindus, Sikhs and muslims were killed in partion riots.

before british came people from all religions live peacefully, no riots, rulers change by their caste and religion but no riots.

Lets start teaching facts as which factors led to our freedom.

Non-voilence worked at that time. But in today's situations non-voilence wont work. Those days the norm was if someone slaps on your left cheek show him the right cheek also. I followed this norm and told my daughter not to hit anyone in school she came back with a big bruise on her cheek, Now I have told her to hit the fellow on his back and the bully has mellowed down. So in todays situation Gandhi Giri wont work

Yes, of course.Gandhi etc were british agent.Their mission was to delay freedom and complete ruin of India.They had successfully done it.
