No. Emotions, including grief (tears) reside primarily in the limbic brain, common to all mammals, but absent in reptiles, amphibians, arachnids, and insects, and probably other groups. There is some evidence for an emotional life in birds.
If you mean, do they have some kind of liquid in their eyes, the answer is yes.

Not an expert but I would imagine they do have some sort of secretion to keep their eyes clean. They just don't get soppy and blubber like big babies.
