I don't think so. I think it all depends on where you live, really. There are some VERY intelligent Americans, and there are some...well, not so intelligent Americans.
I like to think of myself as being fairly intelligent. People tell me I am. They say that I'm a resevoir of random facts from a variety of subjects.
I'm smarter than some, and not as smart as others.
I think it's the same elsewhere in the world, including the US.

Well all the most intelligent doctors and scientists, engineers, etc. on the planet seem to want to come to America, so there must be something appealing about it.

Somehow somewhere back in time a blunder and slip-ups with human errors was created along the way in the creation of living human kind into mankind on planet earth.
With time little children expose the blunders and slip-ups with human errors in planet of apes.
That is what the mystery of us-911 was trying to tell us.
But everyone was at loss and blurr on what went wrong out there.
Were surprise that those little children were in troubles and no one even know about it.
It is not only in the west but the east too.
That is what the mystery of us-911 is all about.
So we need to correct the errors before we elders hit our expiry date due.
Only the survivors with their children who is the last descendant of this generation who mastered the gifts of life after world war two must solve it in planet of apes.
That is what Afghanistan and Iraq is all about in planet of apes.
They were exposing the errors in not following our creator but blindly idol worshiping in planet of apes.
The blunders and slip-ups with human errors was created back in the past centuries being expose in the new millenium by little children living in misery in planet of apes.
Can only be trace with the missing key in decoding the missing x-files that was lost with time on planet earth.
