Coach Mangini tried to talk to him after the Jets beat the Patriots, but Billichek snubbed him and wouldn't even shake hands. He's being a poor sport because Mangini left as one of his Assistant's to take the Head Coaching job with the Jets, which is common practice. Billichek is also going through a divorce, so he's obviously not easy to get along with. Three star players left his team as well due to conflicts with him. He's a great Coach, but he's not the friendliest guy, to say the least. I hope this answers your question? As long as he has Tom Brady at QB, the Pat's will be contenders.

Honestly? We have NO idea of what actually happened when Mangini left. We have no idea what the real problems are between these two, perhaps one or both feel betrayed by the other, perhaps with just cause. To suggest that they are "acting like children" without understanding the real facts behind everything is true ignorance to say the least.
Bill Belichick is one of the PROVEN greats in modern coaching, Mangini is showing that he has the talent as well in turning around a terrible NY Jets team. I personally don't care whether they french kiss on the field or not. I just love football and if these two guys playing in the SAME division don't really like each other, well, it just might make for better football..........

I think Belichick is unhappy that Mangini left for the Jets. He is also going through a divorce, and that can make someone less than easy to get along with.
