Probably The Omen.. Good story line and amazing affects.. good acting..
and seed of chucky.. dont no if it was bought out this year but its stupid which makes it good.
Scary Movie 4.. dont count as horror but i dont care still a good movie
The worst movie made this year would either be Saw lll..bad stuff and The grudge 2,,awful movie who ever wrote/directed it should be shot. its the most boringest movie ever..

i personaly would say its SAW 3 other then that the TCM the beging was good or see no evil with wwe's kane not to manny good horror movies out this year..
