Young fresh open mind... fresh minds tend to view things from different angles, where as experienced know it alls usually see things one way. But a mixture of both really makes a very interesting conversations on good topics.

As an older "know it all" who used to teach fresh young minds, I'd say this is a sweeping generalisation. I actually stopped teaching because I got fed up of the "we know it all" attitude.
I find it is best to ask different age groups. Not all older people are knowledgeable, not all young people are stupid, it depends on I.Q. background, character and experience, not necessarily age. I've met some very jaded, lacklustre young folk and some optimistic and naive older people.
