Sometimes better. Too much makes one sluggish. A lot of Chinese restaurants have taken to putting that message in their fortune cookies, to have their patrons cut back on their return trips through the buffet line.

yes.... just to have enough is as good as a feast, think about it, you can eat until you've had enough at the feast and there will still be leftovers to get rid of , but if you just have enough there will be no hassles, just full stomachs...
