Someone that you can tell them anything and they won't look at you with a shocked expression and they won't tell anyone else if you ask them not to; Someone with the same interest as yours with the same morals as you; Someone how's always there for you anytime no matter what, that's loyal.; Someone you miss and think about when their not around; Someone that you can laugh and have fun with.; Someone that is the same intellectually as you.; Someone you love to be with.
If you get a good friend, cherish them and don't let them go. Good friends are hard to find.

They can make you laugh when you are feeling down.
They can make you cry when you are feeling like you own the place.
They will accept a phonecall at any hour of the day and night to help you out of a rut.
They will laugh with you and not at you.
They will defend you
They will tell you if you have your skirt tucked into your knickers on the way out of the loo.
They always listen to you and offer their opinions and
they will always try to make time for you.

To me personally...A true friend is someone I can trust my character with when I'm not around. I can trust them with me and all I am and am not. My dad told me when I was very young that if I died with one really true friend in my life then I will have died rich. Good friends are good friends but a true friend is a treasure.

being a good listener, not judging your friends but supporting them and guiding them to the right, being there when they need you, being able to share a good laugh with them, spending time with them even if you really don't have smth to talk about.your friends should be able to count on you whenever because they trust you and your honesty towards them...

Friendship is a great gift you must keep! I'm lucky to have my friends,i hope i'm a good friend to them as they are to me.

God Bless You..

loyalty caring and time for each other. Something in common also helps. Supporting each other and having fun together. You dont have to live in each others pockets but staying in regular contact helps keep any human bond strong.

Honest and direct: I rather have a friend telling me that I look **** in my new jeans than someone who shuts up and let me look like a fool.
