Well, we have learned to do everything in the rain.
Things that people in other cities would not do on a rainy day are regular business around here.
We never shut down for rain...always open for business.
If you are looking to stay out of the rain, then that is a different story:
Seattle Arts Museum
Check out the Indie theatres and films in the U District
Seattle Aquarium
Bowling in West Seattle
Browse Pike's Market
Sit in on an open Lecture at UDub
Go to Elliot Bay Book Company!!
Check out the latest exhibit at the Experience Music Project
Those are just a few ideas. Hope you find one interesting.

Got to go downtown to Pike Place Market, or over to the Seattle Center, how about the Aquarium? Not too many people at Woodland Park on a rainy day! :)

You could go to the Seattle Center or the Music Project next to it.
Seattle has some great malls too.
Pikes Place Market is awesome, but it's kind of outdoors.

It's Washington state, that's what it does is rain. Take the bus to a indoor park and have some fun.
