i agree, those shows annoy me. i watched LOST to start with but it really didnt interest me. it is it is a pretty dumb show. i agree that it sounds like they r making it up as they go.

The serialized story structure of Prison Break and Lost is simliar to the format of storytelling adapted by the writers as each episode covers a part of the escape plan.
On October 24, 2006, Donald and Robert Hughes filed a lawsuit against Fox Broadcasting Company and the show's creator, Paul Scheuring for copyright infringement. They claimed that in 2001, they had sent Fox their manuscript which was based on their own experiences of a prison break at a juvenile facility.

Lost pissed me off week by week..
Every prview for the next week they would say that you would find out what the monster is....
10 weeks later we ya still dont no//
its a pile od poop deffently..
and i never watched prision break so i dont no about that one. but im sick of all these shows comming on they need to stick to Home and Away and stuff like that. i liked Blue heelers i miss that
